Bid bond	Tender guarantee (to install funds for up to 20 mln MNT or pledge asset/s, the exceeding amount is to be charged risk interest)	Up to 20,000,001-50,000,000 MNT	8.00% (once)
		Up to 50,000,001-100,000,000 MNT	6.00% (once)
		For the amount over 100,000,001 MNT	4.00% (once)

Request to issue a guarantee;
Copy of Business license (to be confirmed with the Original);
Company Charter (to be confirmed with the Original );
Copy of Citizen’s ID card /Individual or Management of Company/ (to be confirmed with the Original);
Draft contract (the original contract must be provided after it is signed by the parties);
A resolution of Shareholder’s meeting;
Authorization letter to sign a contract;
Fill out the Performance guarantee form;
