Outgoing remittance

You can make international transfers in currencies such as USD, EUR, RUB, CNY, KRW, JPY, GBP, CHF, CAD through SWIFT (The Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication) to any overseas countries.

Please refer to below instructions before making your transfers to make sure not to pay any additional charges and costs of any delays, returns of transfers due to the incomplete or incorrect information is given to the bank.   

Transfer information must be clear and complete pursuant to the requirements of “Anti-money laundering and terrorism financing law” and internal regulations of the bank. 

International remittance order: 

When filling out international remittance order, it is essential to write in Cyrillic alphabet for transfers in RUB (ruble), and Roman /English/ alphabet for other type of currencies.

Before making your transfer, please obtain the following information from Beneficiary:

57: Beneficiary bank: 

  • Name and address of the Beneficiary bank
  • SWIFT bank identifier code of the Beneficiary bank

Available clearing codes of the Beneficiary bank:

  • ABA / FW – 9 digit-code used in USA
  • БИК – 9 digit-code that identifies banks in Russian Federation
  • CNAPS - 12 digit-code used in China
  • AT – 5 digit-code that identifies banks in Austria
  • SC – 6 digit-code that identifies banks in UK
  • AU / BSB – 5 digit-code that identifies banks in Australia
  • BLZ – 8 digit-code that identifies banks in Germany

59: Beneficiary customer: 

  • Beneficiary’s account name 
  • Beneficiary’s account number
  • Official address, telephone number 

71: Details of charges: Sender and beneficiary should negotiate on payment of bank remittance charges prior to the remittance.   

Please pay attention to the following additional requirements on outgoing remittances, depending on your destination country and currency type:

Transfer in RUB

  • Beneficiary details in Cyrillic alphabet /имя, фамилия и отчество/ 
  • BIC code -Recipient bank’s code (9 digits);
  • Recipient’s account number (20 digits);
  • INN number – Tax payer number (when transferring payment of goods or services);
  • {VO} code – 5 digit payment code used to describe the purpose of payments;

Transfer in CNY

  • Beneficiary details such as name, address and phone number;
  • If the remitter or the beneficiary is an Individual, some banks set limits on transfer amount. Therefore, please clarify with the Beneficiary or the Remitter the possible limitations.

Transfer in EUR

  • Please write the Beneficiary’s International Bank Account Number (IBAN), when EUR is remitted to European Union countries.

Transfer in KRW

  • When remitting KRW equivalent to USD 20,000 or more, before transferring the funds, the Beneficiary bank requires additional documents related to the transfer. /i.e. invoice, contracts etc/.
