To come to the bank in person with identity document. Bank will not give your account number in case you don’t come in person or by telephone. 

• Using internet banking service
• Visit the bank in person 
• Paper balance statement for 1 year costs MNT 1000 and MNT 100 per page.

• The interbank funds transfer of less than 1 million MNT will be available in the receiving account immediately. Funds transfer of one million MNT and more than one million MNT will be transferred within 1-2 hours. 

• Interbank funds transfer of more than 1 million MNT and made after 15:30 pm will be transferred the next business day.
