How many days will it take for a transaction to reach the recipient?

A transaction made before 17:00 PM on working days will be transferred on that same day. Depending on time difference and to which country it was remitted:

  • RUB transaction will take 1-2 days /our correspondent banks are located in Moscow and Irkutsk cities/
  • Transactions in USD and other currencies will reach the recipient within 3 working days.

Can a RUB transaction be executed only with a card number and BIC code?

If the BIC code is known our customer service employees will clarify for you the address and name.

A transaction can be made by card number. However, you should also know other related information such as recipient’s account number.


If the recipient’s information was sent incomplete or wrong, can it be corrected afterwards?

Yes, it can be corrected or cancelled. You shall submit a written request to change the transaction details and provide us with correct details. Service fee is applicable according to bank’s general terms of fees and charges.


Can I bring foreign currency in cash and make a transaction even if I do not have an account in your bank?

Yes, besides bringing foreign currency in cash and making a transaction you can exchange foreign currency.


What information is required to transfer RUB transaction?

  • BIC code -Recipient bank’s code (9 digits);
  • Recipient’s account number (20 digits);
  • INN number – Tax payer number (when transferring payment of goods or services);
  • {VO} code – 5 digit payment code used to describe the subjects of payments;
  • Your transaction will reach the recipient promptly if you provide our employees with invoice and contract;

Will my transfer reach the recipient in full amount?

  • We offer you the following 2 types of international transfer service. You may choose the one suitable for you.
    • OUR- sender is responsible for the first intermediary bank charges
    • SHA- sender is responsible for all intermediary bank charges
  • RUB transaction will reach the recipient in full amount.

What is the reason my transfer in RUB bounced back?

Please note that RUB transfers bounce back because of several common reasons.

  • Sending the recipient’s name incorrectly. Specially making mistakes in Mongolian names with letters “Ө” and “Ү”, Russian names with letters “И” and “Е”.
  • Some contract transactions bounce back because sender’s name and bank are strictly indicated in the relevant contract. Therefore, the transaction shall be made strictly as indicated in the contract.
  • Sending a transaction without indicating the contract number.
  • Uncertainty of transaction purpose.
