How to get your card statement?

There are 3 ways to get your card statement:

  • Get a printed statement from the teller at the bank branch;
  • Log in into your online banking account and enter the starting and ending date of the statement;
  • Get a statement of last 5 transactions using ATM;

What to do if you forgot your card PIN?

In case you want to change the PIN code printed inside the envelope you should come to the bank in person with identity document and order a new PIN code. Service fee is applicable for PIN code renewal.


What to do when your card expires?

If your card expires you have to extend it, otherwise you will not be able to use it. Please come to Chinggis Khaan Bank in person with your identity documents and the expired card.

Reminder: Card renewal fee is applicable when you extend your card.


What is CVV (card verification number) number?

CVV number is the last 3 digits after the card number in the signature area of the card which is used to make online purchase transactions. If you get a new card because your card is lost or damaged CVV number will also change.


What to do when your card is lost?

If your card was lost or stolen, please call us on 1800-1300 or 7510-5555 and report your loss immediately. Bank deactivates and reactivates your card upon your request.
